Minority health fair to be April 3

2021 Vendor Application Mental health a holistic approach The Toledo-Lucas County Minority Health Office is sponsoring a Mental health: A Holistic Approach to Wellness fair on Saturday, April 3 from noon to 3 p.m. at 1209 City Park. This is an outdoor event and we will need tents, tables and chairs. The goal of this event is to connect and serve our local minority communities, and to provide a means of awareness as to the services that are available to assist them in their day to day lives.
This event will be an opportunity for Toledo nonprofit agencies and other agencies and businesses to share their services with the local community and connect with them on an individual basis. We expect individuals from every facet of the community and others seeking to gain knowledge as to what mental wellness is and how to maintain it. As a vendor, we are asking your agency to provide free samples and items to take with them. We are asking that each vendor use the least amount of paper as possible, if you can.
