MAY 5, 2021 — The YWCA of Northwest Ohio is holding a virtual book discussion group that features themes of racial and social justice for area adults. The first book discussion will be held at 7 p.m. on May 10. The book to be discussed is Biased: Uncovering the Hidden Prejudice That Shapes What We See, Think, and Do by Jennifer L. Eberhardt.
The second book book discussion will be held at 7 p.m. on June 14. The book to be discussed is The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America by Richard Rothstein.
Both books are available at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library system as printed books, downloadable digital copies, and audio books.
