Rev. Dr. Beverly A. Bingle

Rev. Dr. Beverly A. Bingle, pastor of Holy Spirit Catholic Community, served as pastoral associate at Toledo St. Martin de Porres Catholic Community; Swanton St. Richard Catholic Church, and Michigan parishes St. Basil the Great in Eastpointe and St. Christopher in Detroit prior to her ordination.

Before moving to Toledo, she taught at several Ohio colleges, including Bowling Green State University and The Ohio State University; served as director of research to Ohio Governor John J. Gilligan, as deputy director of the Ohio Department of Development, and as assistant state auditor.  She was an unsuccessful candidate for Sandusky County Recorder and Ohio Secretary of State.

Reverend Bev is a member of Call to Action, First Thursday Planning Committee, NAACP, Pax Christi, Roman Catholic Women priests, Tree Toledo, and Urban Agriculture Alliance.
