Town Hall: The Future of Education: Divisive Concepts in the Classroom
TUESDAY, Dec. 7, 2021 — Education students at the University of Toledo are hosting a town hall — titled The Future of Education: Divisive Concepts in the Classroom, Enhancing Understanding of the Community and Fellow Educators of HBs 322 & 327 — from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, about proposed Republican-sponsored Ohio House Bills 322 & 327, which would prohibit the teaching of “divisive concepts” in K-12 and higher education. The town hall meeting will be held in person on UT’s main campus, Health & Human Services (HH) Building, Room 1600.
